WHAT IS THE ROSE DIETA?
The Divine Rose Awakening is a sacred container for both men and women seeking inner healing, self-acceptance, and Divine Connection. Over the course of 28 days, I will guide you on a journey inspired by the Wisdom and Beauty of the Rose.
Traditional Dieta
Ceremonial plant dieting is used to connect deeply with a chosen plant energy. It focuses on receiving knowledge and spiritual insights about One's Life and Purpose. This is done by surrounding yourself with the plant over a period of time. You can eat, drink, bathe in, smell, touch, and taste the plant during Dieta. Typically this is done in quiet seclusion, allowing one to focus on receiving. Dieta experiences are profound and life-changing. But, it is not an experience that all have the means to experience on a regular basis.
Commonly, a Dieta can last seven to 14 days. A lot of us can't take a break from our busy lives for that long. And let's face it: it gets expensive when including flights, lodging, and accommodations. For this reason, I have been preparing a special, local container for Rose Dieta. This will allow us to access the benefits of Dieta right here and right now-- in the midst of our casual lives.
As society evolves, we must learn how to adapt in how we seek out spiritual guidance and growth. Our connection with Creator is right here with us. Just as much as it is 5,000 miles away in an Amazonian Jungle (which I also love journeying to when I am able).
I have designed this Dieta to fit harmoniously within our busy lives. You will be able to go about your day-to-day while paying special attention to Rose. Its potent teachings will be found in the small pauses, the “moments between moments”, where we begin to breathe, feel, and experience. The practices and products provided aim to work alongside your normal routine. By the end of this Dieta retreat, you will have woven a lasting sense of peace, harmony, and joy in your daily life.

Rose blends Divine Masculine and Feminine energies to create a balanced, integrated essence. Rose is known for being one of the most high-frequency plants. It holds powerful symbols in the plush, fragrant blooms as well as the piercing thorns.
Throughout this Dieta, we will be experiencing Rose through each of our five senses. It will prepare us to blossom into this next chapter with more beauty, ease, and healthy boundaries.

My journey with Rose has surprised me in every way

My expectation of Rose were so low. How could receiving a plant throughout my day cause any noticeable shifts?
I went with the intention of beaming light and love to the mother wound of shining next to my sisters.
What I found was Rose has been woven within my being all along.
My thorns became stepping stones to the top of my connection with my divinity.
I was connected to living breathing, tangible prayer.
Lakshmi grabbed my hand and opened me to the abundance of love and energy in my body.
The thorns, pedals, the fragrance, the wilting, getting lost in the pattern and lost in everyday problems.
Rose showed me the spiral of death and rebirth. I have it all.
My sister’s, brothers, father, mother, lovers, and one day sons and daughters. Thank you, Rose. Thank you, Kristii.

The Rose Dieta with Kristii, came into my life at the most divine time.
