Integrative Bodywork

Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves. We use methods that aid that natural ability with modalities like Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Sound Therapy, Connection to the Creator Healing, Plant Medicine, Crystal Healing, Reflexology, CBD oils, Aromatherapy. In these sessions, we use an intuitive approach to feel our way through what each clients needs are. No two sessions are ever the same because the body is always in motion. When we are open to letting our own healing abilities flow through us, that's when we know we are open to all possibilities of our heart and minds coming together in unity for optimal healing. In this session we can create energy shifts, balance chakras, a calm mind, open heart, and a Connection to Creator. We incorporate sound therapy instruments such as crystal bowls, drums, tuning forks, gong, Tibetan bowls, zephyr chimes, tinchas, rattles, Kalimba, flow chimes, singing, chanting, etc. We burn Sage to clear energy, Palo Santo to bring in good spirits, sweet grass to help with ancestral work, Frankincense, Myrrh, and Mapacho (sacred tobacco from the Amazon jungle). 60 min session- $110 90 min session- $160 2 hour session- $220
